Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Your main tasks: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife 6+ years on the tools preferred.
