Immediate opening: formwork joiner (South Dakota)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a formwork joiner in Edmunds County, South Dakota. You will work on a metro and tunnel project. Ideal candidate: • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites On a typical shift you will box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss; brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
