We are recruiting: we are hiring a cnc lathe setter in Colleton County, South Carolina. Ideal candidate: • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection Your main tasks: • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Load and index turning tools in the turret • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
