The role involves greet guests, seat them and present the menu; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; clear and reset tables between covers; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket). Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages 6+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $200 per day plus benefits.
