We are recruiting: maintenance painter (New Hampshire)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a maintenance painter in Merrimack County, New Hampshire. You will be based at a property maintenance company. Your main tasks: • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer • Spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns • Hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams • Apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls • Lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding • Skilled with brush, roller and spray application • Reliable, punctual and tidy on site Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
