Great opportunity: semi-automatic welder (Michigan)

Join our team: we are hiring a semi-automatic welder in Mecosta County, Michigan. The role involves strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose. You should have: • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • ITI in welder trade or equivalent We offer $250 per day plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts.
