Trowel-trade bricklayer wanted in Kandiyohi County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a trowel-trade bricklayer in Kandiyohi County, Minnesota. What we are looking for: • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks The role involves: • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser • Setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge • Bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters • Cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder • Spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
