Join our team: we are hiring an aluminium TIG welder in Gbonyin, Ekiti State. The job is on a structural steel site. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety Day to day you will inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut; back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise; run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec; tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run; sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer. Six days a week, one day off. We offer ₦1,350 per hour plus benefits. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
