Requirements: • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions Day-to-day duties: • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift • Run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date Pay around $6,250 per project, based on your experience.
