Now hiring: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Kossuth County, Iowa. You will be based in a catering unit. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Day-to-day duties: • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading Rotating shifts.
