Great opportunity: we are hiring a crane rigger in Tippah County, Mississippi. The job is in a steel fabrication yard. On the job you will handle: • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks • Check sling angles to stay within the working load limit • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use What we are looking for: • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
