Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Lauderdale County, Tennessee. On the job you will handle: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading Requirements: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
