Vacancy available: kitchen steward (Federal Capital Territory)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Kuje, Federal Capital Territory. You will work in a catering unit. The role involves: • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift Requirements: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards We offer ₦130,000 per month plus benefits.
