You should have: • Working-at-height certificate an advantage • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles Day-to-day duties: • Lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness 1+ years on the tools preferred. ₦1,200 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
