Now hiring: we are hiring a spray foam installer in Lafayette County, Arkansas. You will be based on flat roofs and terraces. The role involves wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings; fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters. Requirements: • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Willing to travel between sites A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends.
