Advanced scaffolder • Ouachita County, Arkansas

Now hiring: we are hiring an advanced scaffolder in Ouachita County, Arkansas. The job is at a shipyard. The role involves fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform; read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class; handle, sort and stack tubes and fittings for loading out; hoist tubes, boards and fittings up by gin wheel and rope; erect tube-and-fitting and system scaffolds such as Cuplok and Kwikstage; fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid. You should have: • CISRS card or local equivalent at Part 1 / Part 2 level • Knowledge of safe loading, bracing and tie patterns • Full use of harness, lanyard and fall-arrest equipment Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
