Back-of-house cleaner • Saki West, Oyo State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Saki West, Oyo State. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. The role involves mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room. What we are looking for: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure 2+ years on the tools preferred. ₦200,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
