Now hiring: we are hiring an articulated lorry driver in El Dorado County, California. You will be based at a haulage company. On a typical shift you will present documents at weighbridges and check posts; log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards; check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits; top up AdBlue and refuel at scheduled stops; keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load; complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery. You should have: • Clean driving record with no recent endorsements • Valid digital tachograph card 4+ years on the tools preferred. $21 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
