Urgent requirement: we are hiring a retail butcher in Newton County, Mississippi. Day-to-day duties: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate 6+ years on the tools preferred.
