Stainless steel welder wanted in Jones County

Now hiring: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Jones County, Iowa. The job is in a stainless steel kitchen-equipment unit. You will grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish; back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise; tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run; set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks. Requirements: • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
