Urgent requirement: we are hiring a deboner in Teton County, Wyoming. You will work at a busy retail butcher's shop. Your main tasks: • Season and marinate meat on request • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife What we are looking for: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $3,700 per month, based on your experience. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
