Sausage maker wanted in Crittenden County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a sausage maker in Crittenden County, Arkansas. You will be based at a wholesale meat market. The role involves: • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone Requirements: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
