Now hiring: we are hiring a MIG welder in Lincoln County, Missouri. The role involves: • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions Ideal candidate: • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test 1+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
