Great opportunity: we are hiring a grill cook in Blaine County, Nebraska. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen We offer $2,500 per month plus benefits.
