Urgent requirement: aluminium technician (Illinois)

Great opportunity: we are hiring an aluminium technician in Union County, Illinois. You will be based at a doors and windows manufacturing unit. Ideal candidate: • Own basic hand tools — measuring tape, spirit level, cordless drill • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding and ladders Day to day you will read fabrication drawings and take site measurements for windows and doors; assemble window and door frames from extruded sections; fix handles, hinges, friction stays, locks and multipoint hardware; punch and notch sections for cleats, gaskets and hardware; load and offload fabricated units without scratching the finish; fit EPDM rubber gaskets and beading into the glazing channels.
