Stainless steel welder wanted in Ray County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Ray County, Missouri. You will be based in a stainless steel kitchen-equipment unit. You should have: • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage • Able to pass a weld test on the spot On a typical shift you will grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish; back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise; weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through; clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding; strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal; select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
