CO2 welder • Passaic County, New Jersey

Great opportunity: we are hiring a CO2 welder in Passaic County, New Jersey. You will work at a busy production line. Your main tasks: • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead Ideal candidate: • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently 4+ years on the tools preferred.
