Now hiring: we are hiring a scullery hand in Victoria County, Texas. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Pay around $4,700 per month, based on your experience.
