You will wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness; apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling; install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations. You should have: • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding • Able to read construction drawings and specifications 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends.
