Lift mechanic wanted in Esmeralda County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a lift mechanic in Esmeralda County, Nevada. You will be based at a shopping mall with escalators and lifts. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring Your main tasks: • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
