Great opportunity: canteen cook (New Mexico)

Now hiring: we are hiring a canteen cook in Hidalgo County, New Mexico. You will be based in a hospital or office canteen. The role involves monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs. What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat 4+ years on the tools preferred. $22 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
