Vacancy available: we are hiring a cook in Plymouth County, Massachusetts. The job is at a cloud kitchen. Requirements: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies The role involves: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Prepare the mise en place before each service Pay around $3,600 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
