Gas service engineer • Chambers County, Texas

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gas service engineer in Chambers County, Texas. The job is in a gas distribution network. You should have: • Driving licence for travel between sites • Able to read isometric and site drawings • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces The role involves: • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray • Fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances • Locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections • Fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls • Install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves Full-time with occasional weekends.
