Counter butcher wanted in Glasscock County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a counter butcher in Glasscock County, Texas. You will be based in a meat processing plant. You will vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Part-time with flexible hours.
