Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Grays Harbor County, Washington. The job is at an automotive components factory. On the job you will handle: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
