Motor grader operator — Wilkes County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a motor grader operator in Wilkes County, Georgia. You will be based at a road-building project. What we are looking for: • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings You will stockpile and spread material to the required levels; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals; check for underground cables and services before digging; excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels; keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook; level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Pay around $5,300 per month, based on your experience. Share your details and we will call you back.
