Gas commissioning technician • Hillsborough County, Florida

Now hiring: we are hiring a gas commissioning technician in Hillsborough County, Florida. The job is at a busy gas installation company. The role involves complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation; locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections; fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances; fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls; thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant; install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation. You should have: • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
