Now hiring: we are hiring a steel fixing chargehand in Enugu South, Enugu State. Day-to-day duties: • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover • Form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions • Lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length Requirements: • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
