Bar bender and fixer • Saluda County, South Carolina

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bar bender and fixer in Saluda County, South Carolina. You will work at a high-rise construction project. On the job you will handle: • Lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings • Bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire Full-time, day shift.
