We are recruiting: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Bureau County, Illinois. On a typical shift you will load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls. Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Full-time with occasional weekends.
