Gas meter installer • Washington County, Minnesota

Vacancy available: we are hiring a gas meter installer in Washington County, Minnesota. You will work at a heating and plumbing contractor. Your main tasks: • Install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves • Read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes • Locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections • Purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate • Lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points Ideal candidate: • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious Six days a week, one day off.
