Urgent requirement: meat trimmer (New York)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Rensselaer County, New York. You will work at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. Day to day you will take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; season and marinate meat on request; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders.
