Great opportunity: gypsum plasterer (Pennsylvania)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a gypsum plasterer in Jefferson County, Pennsylvania. You will work at a plastering and dry lining contractor. Day-to-day duties: • Skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration • Apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat • Apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls • Patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster • Clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets • Fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads Ideal candidate: • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic 1+ years on the tools preferred.
