Wood machinist • Chariton County, Missouri

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a wood machinist in Chariton County, Missouri. The job is on a commercial fit-out site. Ideal candidate: • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers On the job you will handle: • Fix studwork and plasterboard partitions • Apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board • Build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions • Erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours • Cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw • Hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles Performance bonus on top of base pay.
