Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Adams County, Washington. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. Requirements: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Day-to-day duties: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
