Natural gas fitter wanted in Fairfield County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a natural gas fitter in Fairfield County, Ohio. The role involves: • Locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections • Fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances • Purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate • Run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints • Complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation • Install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation Requirements: • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces Full-time with occasional weekends.
