Dough maker • Dukes County, Massachusetts

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dough maker in Dukes County, Massachusetts. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. The role involves: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity What we are looking for: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving 6+ years on the tools preferred.
