We are recruiting: we are hiring a HGV driver in Emmet County, Iowa. Day-to-day duties: • Log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards • Carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off • Keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load • Secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars • Top up AdBlue and refuel at scheduled stops • Check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits What we are looking for: • Confident with manual handling and load securing • Valid digital tachograph card At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
