Great opportunity: powder coating line operator (North Carolina)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Caswell County, North Carolina. Day to day you will set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches. You should have: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Rotating shifts.
