Ideal candidate: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform Your main tasks: • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar Performance bonus on top of base pay.
